The Overseers of the National College for DUI Defense expel the only African American man ever to be a member

On August 10, 2012, the entity that refers to itself as the “National College for DUI Defense (NCDD),”  a for profit corporation, as opposed to an educational institution, although they do rent out space at Harvard Law School and pretend to hold “classes” there, to be able to say that they are “Harvard men” and “Harvard trained Lawyers,” a fraud by an stretch, expelled Okorie Okorocha, the only African-American man ever to be a member.  Okorocha asserts he was not given any warning, notice, nor an opportunity to be heard.,

The expulsion immediately followed Okorocha’s complaints of fraud on behalf of the NCDD, discrimination against women, and its abuse of the power to designate individuals as “Board Certified in DUI Defense” as approved by the American Bar Association, by using the designation as an advertising tool that was gifted to  lawyers with almost none of the prerequisites, but who were members of the group’s self-appointed overseers, known publicly as the “good ol’ boys network” and Okorocha’s representation of a female member who was a victim of brutal discrimination by the NCDD’s “good ol’ boys network.”

Despite running circles around the NCDD overseers who just happened to have given each other “Board Certification,” including the overseers that are retired lawyers who simply act as figureheads for their law firm advertising programs, Okorocha was never given an opportunity to obtain board certification.

This matter is currently being litigated and will be resolved in a Court of law.
